MATEMAGIA offers connection of mathematics with magic. In this book we will discuss 18 principles from math, which are applied inside the magic world. There are few books, where you can learn something similar but none of them dive deeper into the source of math principles. Each principle has a mathematical trick explained alongside it. Some of these tricks aren’t mathematical at first glance and can not only captivate people but also provoke various reactions.

The book is divided into several sections, which are:
• Mathematical tricks without cards
• Mathematical card tricks
• Gamble tricks and demonstrations
• Faro shuffle
• Deck clocking

Each of the categories mentioned above contains several tricks that are explained in the book. Some tricks focus on mentalism (mind reading), while others are classic magic tricks. With this book, you don’t need any card-handling skill, except for the Faro Shuffle chapter, where we look at the mathematical principle behind this shuffle and you will learn how to shuffle cards into specific positions for card games.

The book is supplemented with over 200 illustrations to help you understand each step, so you can learn all 18 explained tricks. The entire book is written as if for a friend (if you own my first book, you know what I mean), making it as easy to understand as possible.
